Email, Fax and Mail Orders
You may order any of our Unique Antiques, Antique Collectible Dolls, Antique and Vintage Collectibles or Unique Folk Art items by emailing us at orders@seekunique.com., by faxing us at 908-876-3924 or by writing us at Seek Unique, LLC, Post Office Box 536, Long Valley, NJ 07853. Orders placed by email, fax or mail are subject to availability, which is affected by online sales. To assure that you will be able to purchase our unique antiques and vintage collectibles, we recommend that you order online.
Payment
We accept payment by credit cards, money order and personal check in U.S. Currency. We are pleased to offer you MasterCard and Visa as credit card choices. Please email us if you would like to pay by money order or personal check.
All orders delivered within the State of New Jersey are subject to 6% sales tax.
Merchandise Return Policy
All of our Unique Antiques, Antique Collectible Dolls, Antique and Vintage Collectibles and Unique Folk Art items are sold based on their text description. We have taken special care to fully describe them, including any flaws. If you have any questions about our items, please be certain to email us prior to placing an order. We do not anticipate that there will be a situation where an item’s description is inaccurate. If this should, however, happen, you will need to email us at info@seekunique.com within three (3) days of your receipt of the item to obtain return authorization.
Generally our return authorization policy is limited to items costing $100 or more. If a return is authorized, we will grant a seven (7) day period from your receipt of an item within which you may return it provided you pay the cost of return shipping including insurance for the full cost of the item. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund or a credit to your credit card, excluding original shipping/insurance costs, if it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. We reserve full discretion to make that determination. We cannot accept returns of clothing, personal accessories and jewelry due to state law. Because of our labor, payment processing and associated costs, we are unable to accept returns other than in accordance with this policy.
Damage Policy
We think you will agree that no store packs as well as we do. However, if, despite our best efforts and precautions, your order does arrive damaged, you will need to email us at info@seekunique.com or contact us by phone within (3) days of your receipt of the item for the postal insurance number. If mailed by U.S. first-class or priority mail, you must take the entire order with all contents and all original packing material to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. Please do not re-pack the item and do not mail the damaged item back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to issue a refund or credit to your credit card. If UPS delivered your order, please contact UPS for instructions. For international shipments, we will contact the shipping post office for instructions as to the manner in which to proceed and notify you. We have, however, every expectation that whether you order one of our Steiff Collector Teddy Bears or fragile antique feather fans, your items will arrive safely at your door.
